Our Sharp Edge Gin is vapour infused in our 25 litre pot still by ourselves, right here within the Lake District National Park.
We take fresh Grapefruit, Orange & Lime peels and layer them between more traditional gin botanicals, before topping the basket with Chamomile to balance the acidity of the fruit . The result is a modern Citrus forward Gin that can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks or with a quality tonic, served with fresh grapefruit peel.
