Our Striding Edge Gin is vapour infused in our 25 litre pot still by ourselves, right here within the Lake District National Park.
We take fresh Sage & Rosemary and layer them between more traditional gin botanicals, before topping the basket with Heather tips & Lemongrass. The result is a modern, nuanced Herbal Gin that can be enjoyed in the driest of Martinis but loves a good tonic, which brings out the earthiness of the Heather.
